Refund policy

All Tigerwilks products are made to order, printed and fulfilled specifically for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at carltiger43@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, get in touch and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production will have begun and we're unable to cancel.
